A Bit About Me.
During my career I have been fortunate to work for some incredible companies. I've had some amazing bosses, but also some who have taught me what I don't want to be. I have faced challenges, learnt how to be my authentic self, built teams and negotiated promotions, pay rises and personal development. Don't get me wrong, I have got it wrong on plenty of occasions, but I have reflected, learnt and gained advice and support from my own coaches & mentors.

Finally I have been lucky enough to change my career, stepping between tech companies, client side, agencies, small local businesses to large global organisations. I started my career in client services & sales and have evolved to become a subject matter expert focusing on the Digital & Marketing space.
